If you have the initiative to make other’s to grow and master the art and high-level techniques of persuasive sales and communication skills to close sales everyday and get more sales more often. You have the chance to be part of the success of Balumba.es Reporting to the Sales Area, you will - Provide revision and updates and revisions of high-quality course materials and tools (participant’s guides, leader’s guides, presentations, workshops, role plays, sales tools etc.) as per corporate standards, guidelines and objectives. - Participate in design and development of formal sales and/or premiums and additional insurance covers training programs with a focus on sales results. - Effective and time delivery of training programs to sales -over the phone- teams. - Support sales team to satisfy local training needs (i.e. product training or sales training) such as Coaching or Reinforcement to make them more productive and succesful. - Collaborate with the sales manager to determine training needs and schedules training accordingly. - Provide group and individual coaching and modeling of effective sales practices and proper utilization of the sales tools. -Provide a “hands on” approach to training that allows the team to not only hear about sales practices, but see them demonstrated and have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned through role play and field application. - Provide feedback to Management on training delivered to the team as well as guidance on follow up activities to help in applying what they learned during a training session. - Obtain and maintain internal certifications to deliver Professional Selling Skills. - Maintain up to date and complete products knowledge and demonstration skills for all premiums and insurance covers. - Maintain detailed training records and ensure accurate recording. - Complete all paperwork accurately, throughy on time basis for HH.RR needs (FTFE). Requisitos mínimos: - Bachelor’s degree or related education is required. - A minimum of three years of successful sales training and coaching experience required (desirable in financial services or insurance). - Experience in measuring effectiveness and return-on-investment of training - Experience in planning and organising courses development is a plus - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong presentation skills, including making presentations to large groups to maximize learning and retention. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Be able to demonstrate problem solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with groups or individually. - Be willing to travel to UK for training - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and desktop publishing applications - Advanced use level of English language. |
