A major multinational software provider to the travel industry is looking for a Junior Accounts Manager in Madrid. The role will be partly office based providing telephone support to customers and limited travel to client sites. Main skills required:
 Must have excellent organisational and administrative skills and be able to plan own time.
 Must have good interpersonal skills including strong telephone communication skills.
 Should have good presentation skills with regard to delivery of training.
The following abilities will be required;
 Must have previous experience within the travel industry (minimum 1 year).
 Previous experience of developing customer accounts and selling in new product enhancements, etc.
 Previous experience of Training as Trainer for the GDS industry (minimum 1 year).
