We are looking for a Recruiter to lead recruitment processes of our HQ in Barcelona, and offices around the world. POSITION PURPOSE Manage the recruitment processes from the begining. REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Job sites, local and external agencies management - CVs reception and screening - First telephone interviews - Face to face interviews - Give daily feedback to Managers - Contract closing This Recruiter Role will turn into an HR Generalist in short time, taking care of some task: Welcome session, induction process, trial period evaluation, career plan, incentive plan, exit interviews, etc. Requisitos Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Psicología Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años Requisitos mínimos: - Proficiency in English - 2-3 years experience dealing with recruitment tasks either in-house or in consultancy environments Skills required: - Good communication skills - Organisation and time management - Proactivity - Team player - Ability to manage and prioritize different processes at the same time Requisitos deseados: - Experience managing technical positions will be a plus.
